Nikki has 10 years of experience in the development and management of large-scale academic, research, and workforce development programs to improve outcomes for under-resourced communities. In her role, she is responsible for leading our pre-accelerator program for early-stage BIPOC founders and a venture/ideation studio for HBCU students. Prior to BV, she led the Alabama Skills Accelerator program. She holds a BS in psychology from Central State University and a Master's in Clinical Research Management from The Ohio State University.
