Neill is the President and CEO of Bronze Valley. Neill has nearly 35 years of experience as an investor, entrepreneur and operating executive. He is also General Partner and Founder of Metallum Ventures, LP, a seed stage venture capital fund. Prior to founding Bronze Valley, Neill served as Chairman, President and CEO of First Tuskegee Bank. He also served as President and CEO and principal shareholder of Birthright, Incorporated, the bank holding company which owned First Tuskegee Bank. After nearly a decade in the role, Neill successfully navigated the financial institution in a sale to a southeast regional bank.

Prior to First Tuskegee Bank, Wright was a Founder and Principal of Harbour Place Capital, an investment banking consultancy that focused on advisory and capital raising for growth companies in the energy, technology, media and telecommunications sectors. Prior to that, over the span of a decade, Neill worked at Citigroup and JPMorgan as a corporate finance banker with responsibility for originating, structuring, executing and managing investments in middle market companies in diverse industries throughout North America. Neill is a graduate of the College of William & Mary.
