Allison is the Director of Development & Partnerships at Bronze Valley. In her role, she leads the organization’s development activities and fosters strategic collaborations with external partners. Previously, she led the Bronze Valley Investment Accelerator. Allison started her career with the Alabama Power Foundation where she gained experience in program management, impact investing, and ecosystem-building. Before joining the Bronze Valley team, Allison led Venture For America’s local efforts as their Director of Birmingham. Allison earned her B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from Washington and Lee University where she also completed a minor in Poverty and Human Capability. She earned her MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
